Indian Egg Spice makes a spiced scrambled eggs dish, based on an old egg curry recipe. It’s really healthy and very simple, ideal for a hearty breakfast or a comforting dinner. I suggest serving it on toast or chapatis

Coriander, cumin, chilli, garam masala blend (cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom seeds, nutmeg, turmeric)
may contain traces of mustard
