Returns
If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue to info@freshlyspiced.co.uk. Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non faulty items can be returned (at the expense of the customer) in original unopened packaging to the following address:

Refunds
Once we have received your return we will inspect the item. If the item meets our return policy stated above a refund will be issued via the original payment method (including postage for faulty items and excluding postage for non faulty items). If an item is not returned we will be unable to process a refund (we recommend you gain proof of postage from the post office)
